SHIPPING AND RETURNS
WHEN AM I GOING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave our location within 2-4 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 7-10 days of your order date. We do NOT ship internationally.
AM I GOING TO RECEIVE THE ORDER IN TIME?
If you want the order to arrive in time, please order at least 1-2 weeks before you expect to receive it.
ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us..
CAN I GET A REFUND?
If you do not receive your order, please contact us to resolve any issues. Depending on the problem, you will be fully or partially refunded.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order by clicking Order Status in our menu. Then input your tracking code you received in the email once the item has been shipped.

CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please contact us at info@shadygrovecandles.com. Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a refund.
MY ITEM BROKE; CAN I GET A NEW ONE?
If your item broke during shipping, which does not happen often, please contact us. Please refer to our return policy on how to submit a return or replaced.
